Ten years ago, I was where you might be now—stuck, unseen, and questioning my place. As a Romanian architect in Shanghai, I felt silenced in a male-dominated field, living for Fridays just to catch my breath.

I knew I was made for more but had no idea how to break free. Through years of self-discovery and redefining success, I found my voice, my mission, and the confidence to show up unapologetically. My husband Vlad and I then built the FAB SQUAD, a visual personal brand agency.
